Refund Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any Premium plan at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

14-day right of withdrawal (UK)

Premium is a digital service that gives you immediate access. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when you begin using paid features you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel for a refund ends at that point.

If you subscribe but do not access any Premium resource within 14 days, email hello@physicsvault.io and we will refund your first payment in full.

Discretionary refunds

We will consider a refund or pro-rated credit in cases such as:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Extended platform outages affecting paid usage.
• Charges that continued after you attempted to cancel due to a platform error.

How to request

Email hello@physicsvault.io from the email on your account, with the date of the charge and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
