1. About PhysicsVault
PhysicsVault.io ("PhysicsVault", "we", "us") is an independent UK Physics revision platform that organises and links to publicly available revision resources, and provides its own premium organisation, study tools and progress tracking. PhysicsVault is not affiliated with any exam board (AQA, Edexcel/Pearson, OCR, CAIE, WJEC, Eduqas) or with Physics & Maths Tutor. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You may create an account if you are aged 13 or over. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian has read these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions, pricing & auto-renewal
- Premium plans are billed in GBP and include UK VAT in the displayed price.
- Monthly £9.99, Termly £19.99 and Yearly £59.99 plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice by email.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
4. Refunds & statutory rights
Because Premium grants immediate digital access, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends as soon as you begin using paid features. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable use
- Personal, non-commercial study only.
- No sharing accounts, scraping, mass-downloading, or republishing content.
- No attempting to bypass paywalls, rate limits or access controls.
- No uploading anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.
6. Third-party content
Many resources link out to original publishers (e.g. Physics & Maths Tutor and the exam boards). Those files are hosted by, and remain the copyright of, their original publishers. PhysicsVault organises and cross-references them but does not host or modify them.
7. Intellectual property
PhysicsVault's own content — the platform, design, taxonomy, notes, worked solutions and metadata — is owned by PhysicsVault and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid users.
9. Liability
PhysicsVault is provided "as is" for educational support. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to fees you have paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
